Technical Research and Development
Since the establishment of the factory, we have absorbed advanced technologies from Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan and Volkswagen AG of Germany to develop the 491Q type 4-cylinder lightweight automobile engine ductile iron crankshaft. The product performance and quality are leading domestically and have reached the advanced level of similar international products. It has won provincial and municipal science and technology achievement awards, been rated as a national-level new product, and included in the national-level new product trial production plan and Spark Program projects.
The developed CA488 type ductile iron crankshaft has both product performance and quality reaching advanced domestic levels and those of similar international products. The developed CK-817-C type 6-cylinder mid-to-high-end lightweight automobile engine ductile iron crankshaft has won provincial and municipal science and technology achievement awards.
The developed V8Q type 8-cylinder series mid-to-high-end lightweight automobile engine ductile iron crankshaft has been selected by General Motors Company in the United States and Pool Company as a supporting product for mid-to-high-end cars, racing cars, and sports cars.
Ductile iron crankshafts can save a large amount of steel while significantly reducing production costs and sales prices, while also having high elongation rates and good impact toughness. Therefore, by scientifically selecting high-quality raw materials and adopting scientifically advanced manufacturing processes, we can develop high-performance and high-quality products that continuously meet customer usage requirements.
In 2010, to strengthen the company's information integration management and achieve information resource sharing, the technical center based on the company's information construction planning and overall scheme requirements enabled technical personnel to communicate technically over local area networks, saving a lot of time, while also allowing online technical discussions with customers.
